My philosophy:
I will help you create a situation where your body becomes capable of fixing itself. We will work together to optimize your own body's healing potential.
My approach:
We work together to obtain optimal wellness for you. I see people of all ages and will help maintain your health. I enjoy doing well baby exams, general health checkups, yearly well women exams (including annual exams) helping both men and women obtain optimal fertility. I hold a international board certification as a lactation consultant as well.

Jennifer Ash ND
Dr. Ash grew up in the Olympia area and graduated from the Evergreen State College with a bachelors of science degree concentrating in chemistry and pre-medical studies.
She then completed a course at the Seattle Midwifery School to become a doula.
She graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR with a degree in naturopathic medicine in 2005, completing training with many different doctors. www.ncnm.edu
She spent extra time studying pediatrics, obstetrics, geriatrics, homeopathy and women's health.
She currently sits on the board of directors for the national pediatric association of naturopathic physicians. She is also on the Washington state naturopathic association’s legislative board.
In 2025 Dr. Ash passed her international board certification also making her a lactation consultant.
She is so happy to be one of the owners of Vibrant Health, an amazing medical facility in Olympia, Washington that offers well rounded holistic healthcare to our area.
